Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tangerine Daisy. Following are the terms and​ conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.  We currently ship from Florida to all of the US states.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are shipped USPS first class mail (5-7 business day delivery after shipped). If you would like to upgrade from the Standard Free Shipping, please select Priority shipping at checkout (2-3 business day delivery after shipping out to you). Otherwise, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your product to arrive from the day it was shipped. We strive to do our best to get your item(s) out to you in less than the two-week period, but please allow for it in case it is needed, as our item(s) are handmade especially for you in our Florida-based studio and shipped immediately upon completion.

Please contact us at contacttangerinedaisy@gmail.com for any direct shipping questions or concerns.  Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. 

Shipping time has the potential to increase during the holidays or high-volume times throughout the year.  

Tangerine Daisy, LLC is not responsible for any unforeseen delays once your item(s) are in the hands of the postal service.  This is outside of our control; understandably.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Tangerine Daisy, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

LOCAL PICKUP

We do offer local pick up for those customers here in the Palm Coast, FL area.  We can work out a pickup location at the time your item is ready, and we notify you.  

Once local folks are made aware their item(s) is/are ready, they are asked to pick up within (7) seven business days.  If no contact, or item(s) are not picked up within (10) ten days, you forfeit your right to the sale and you understand no refund will be given.  If a chargeback has been placed by you or by someone on your behalf, you will no longer be welcome to shop with us.  We apologize in advance, but we do not have the time to reach out three and four times for undelivered item(s); nor are we inclined to take up space housing items for item(s) not picked up prior to the (10) ten allowable days.

Communication is very important to us.  We strive to provide all of our customers with not only quality item(s) they will love, but impeccable and personable customer service, and overall respect.  We appreciate the same respect in return.
